3. User Accounts

4.2 Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

4.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support within 7 days of purchase to request a refund. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access until that date.

5. Usage Limits and Restrictions

5.1 Daily Search Limits

Your subscription plan includes daily search limits. Limits reset at midnight UTC. Upgrade your plan for higher limits.

5.2 Prohibited Uses

• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to scrape, harvest, or extract data beyond normal use
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access source code
• Use automated systems or bots (except as part of our service)
• Resell or redistribute our data or services
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users or our staff

6. Intellectual Property

AdSwipe, our logo, design, content, and technology are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create using our Service (e.g., saved ad collections, notes). By using our Service, you grant us a license to store and display this content as necessary to provide the Service.

Facebook ads displayed in our Service are owned by their respective creators. We provide access to this public information for research and competitive analysis purposes.

7. Data Usage and Facebook Compliance

AdSwipe accesses publicly available Facebook ad data through authorized APIs and scraping services:

• We only access ads that are publicly visible in Facebook's Ad Library
• We comply with Facebook's Terms of Service and data usage policies
• You agree to use this data for lawful competitive research purposes only
• You will not use this data to violate Facebook's policies or harass advertisers

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

• Changes to Facebook's Ad Library or policies
• Third-party service failures (Stripe, Apify, etc.)

9.2 No Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
